FG Diff Grease?

ive always used a normal diff (upgraded ones alloy ones with steel sleeve etc) but theyve always been very loose & no lock what so ever, gunna put this FG diff grease in as in the bottle it does thick, failing that just gunna get an LSD

hey guys i didnt want to start another thread as i keep starting them eek. im looking at an adjustable diff on ebay tonight, if i win it does it need grease silicone put in it, or due to it being an adjustable diff it doesn't need greasing and stuff like that? thannks

with LSD's putting diff grease in is a bad idea i heard dude

hey mate ive myself just bought a second hand adjustable diff, the guy said he just used general purpose grease, ive looked this up at halfords i don't know if its of any use, but thought id post incase it was http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/..._productId_173851_langId_-1_categoryId_165705
