fg layout shaft

i have a firehammer and i cant get the gear off the layout shaft. so i ordered a new layout shaft , but is an fg shaft. if anyne knows, i just want to make sure the fg shaft will fit my firehammer

yes they are both the same size

Yup as stated. The grub must of came loose. This will put a slight edge on the shaft. Take a plier or something that will hold the gear real good. Take a wrench and twist while putting pressure on the gear. It will need to wear its way over the slice in the shaft.

Or just say the heck with it and toss it. :laugh:
