Finished installing the servos and receiver battery last night.

Took it out to my street for its first run (live in a court) and WOW........

I only ran it for 10 mins (ran out of sunlight). Only used 1/4 throttle and I honestly think at 1/4 throttle its quicker than my XRC at 3/4 throttle!

The area I had I found it hard to control at 1/4 throttle. I cant wait till ive run this thing in and can go harder! :)

One concern though, the brakes are hadly biting. Wondering if they need to bed in or anthing like that? Thought I might check before I start playing around with the linkages.

end point adjustment. and if it's a spektrum radio the thumb control on the handle also adjust brake amount. stock it is set to 50% braking I believe. I like having control of overall braking from the thumb like that to increase over the day's running when brake fade happens

also I like to just use a short piece of fuel tubing between the collet and brake lever rather than a spring. you can adjust the travel by how long the tube is, but I like a short piece so brakes are positive and use finger control. at neutral the brake should almost be starting to engage. then the servo doesn't have to travel as far. set the epa for the amount of brake you want from there

Thanks for the info Pipe. Never used the thumb button so I will have a play with that and see if there is any difference.
