witch 1 is more dependable, faster, it looks like mcd is easier yo work on, best suspention, how does the fg suppy power 2 ft?

FG's are belt driven 4wd. Suppose its a matter of personal choice but I would say Fg's are best bang per buck & reliability isnt a problem with em. They are also easy to work on. Cant comment on the MCD

Do your research... the new MCD RR V4 will be out soon.
The MCD in my opinoin is much better quality...FG seems
to be very durable and easy to work on.

Can not stress enough to do some research ...their are so
many 4wd Large scale rc out there.

REDCAT,VV-Tech,Contrast,Nuetech just a few others to check
out.

It depends on where you are located.
Make sure you check on which one would be easier to get parts for.
I live in the US and I like my FG Baja but on many occasions I have had to wait for months to get parts.
I will never own another FG because of that.
You WILL break it if you drive it.
I don't know about MCD because I do not know anyone that owns one.

I like my 5t because I never have to worry about parts.
I can replace virtually anything in a couple of days.
I waited over 2 months for a front dog bone for my FG:(

Good Luck

Bill

i saw the first RR4 in the country on wenesday i must say the plastic

moulded parts seem a lot better quality than that of the previous mcd's

but im not really into plastic cars:clown: and would have to wait for

a comp version or the ultimate which i believe is some time off:boat:

I love alloy except for the extra weight it brings with.

All depends on what u want from your model.. Mcd's r great round a off road track, durable, but harder to work on than Fg's. Fgs r great fun off road, but people i know with them r always fixing them. I cant coment for onroad. Parts for both r easy to find in uk. Just do your reseach on what is easyist for u. I personaly would go alloy in any case!
