hi im new to this forum ..:phone:
just got a fg beetle , will a multiplex servo fit without modding the servo tray..

and any other things worth doing at the same time ...:2guns:

Welcome to the forum mate! Not sure about the servo as I got my multiplex after I changed the servo tray. But it's a standard size so I don't see why not.

Not really unless there are any things you don't like about the car?
 
thanks ducky .. im going to give it a go tonight ..

im not sure about the car yet , its a long time since i had my old marder , but things will come back to me :2guns:...

it was only goingto be a basher , as ive got a few other nitros , and a baja 5t ...

thanks for your help , ive bought a alloy radio tray ,( standard one was broken ) just bought a alloy diff cage , (as it had the plastic one ..)

now fully striped , to polish it and the bits , and then im going to go for a marder beetle shell and marder type wheels/tyres ..

then adjust the gearing ...

ill sort some piccys out later thou ...

If you haven't already make sure to wrap that new alloy diff with a new SS sleeve if it takes one.
