@BTB,

The pipe on the Comp MT5 is made that way to stick out and when I was installing my Roll bar today, I noticed that point which you just mentioned.

I tried turning it but thats as far as it will go. I also noticed that the top of the pipe which sits under the MT5 body touches the body. Considering that the pipe gets pretty hot, I am assuming that it will melt/damage the body if any part of the pipe will be touching the cover.

QUESTION: From your or any1 elses experience, does the DDM pipe offer a better "fit" than the FG comp pipe which comes with the truck??

I ran a pipe on my MT like that. I flipped the pipe to point down. It did rub the body above and mostly just messed up the paint. The DDM fits much better and does not hit the body.

yea i would say best shock socks around, i used a 1.9 bmx innertube just cut it to lenth slide it over the shock and zip tie the top no need to zip tie the bottom.

no honestly I have never ordered myself from hobbytek. I have seen them. the uk ones had so many options and were cheap. I paid just over $20 shipped for 10 lights and a micro switch for the brakes and all the wiring. won't hurt the pocketbook if I bust them in a collision

Looking good and blingy there bud.

Just one small request though......can you make your pictures a bit smaller so some of us poor buggers with a slow internet connection don't have to wait for an hour for them to load.........PLEASE:blush:
