Hi guys, i need your help!!! my truck came with 2 speed when i bougth it, but it seem to have too much problem, now the one way barings are all fall to pieces. I 'm thinking of going for a single speed.please tell me what option do i have on the single speed( what to buy)or where can i get the one way baring to fix the 2 speed? please help:) Thanks guys.
 
Unless your torn on having the 2 speed I would just swap back to the stock gearing. 16/48.;) What is the count on the spur shaft gear? Thats the one that drives the rear 48t diff gear.
 
I don't have any parts for the single speed set up,what do i need to get to set this up,what are the good set of metal gears, and where can i get it from? i'm going for 16 and 48. Sorry for all these questions guys.:)

If you don't fill in your location we cannot help you.There are many shops in the UK,USA,Canada,Australia,Europe,Asia etc,we need to know where about you are .

DDM or largescalerc.com have stock fg parts. You will need a layshaft clutch bell pinion and spur gear. Give either place a call and the guys there will help you out.
 
If you want to do the conversion on the cheap,use ebay UK or Europe.There will be loads of FG parts there that wont cost a fortune but make sure the buyer is willing to ship to the U.S.
