far as i am concerned this is a done matter. I said the truck was for sale, just dealing with this guy and the way me emailed me about shipping the truck BEFORE i even got his check and then the emails i received from him when i told him i would have to wait till the check cleared just made it easier to keep my truck. I had a situation come up were i needed money,that situation worked it's self out. I am not getting rid of my truck because this guy iws acting like a little kid. Any one of you guys doubt me i will forward his emails and you can judge for yourself. I AM KEEPING THE TRUCK. Azskip thanks for your opinion, easy told me i would be paid in 4-6 days,its been 8. far as i am concerned this is a done deal. Yes it would suck to come to an agreement with someone and have them change your mind. BUT I WOULD NOT ACT LIKE THIS OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I WOULD SAY DUDE YOU FRIGGIN SUCK WE HAD A DEAL GET BENT. I WOULD JUST KEEP BEATING A DEAD HORSE!!

I bet you would feel the same way if someone changed there mind on selling a item after you sent the money. I'd be willing to bet you get the money in the next couple of days. Did you not find out where he was from? I'm waiting on a money order from Canada right now myself. It's been 9 days since it was sent . I haven't broke the deal. Easy admitted he handled the situation wrong on you shipping the truck before you got the money. You were in control of the truck so there was no harm to you . I think you were a little in patient in waiting for the money. If you didn't want to wait then you shouldn't of made the deal with him on the terms ya'll agreed on. I hope both of you learned a lesson out of this whole situation.

yeah easy told me i would have it in 3-6 days. Anyways whatevers clever,get over it get bent whatever works for you.
 
I have purchased thousands of dollars of "toys" using bank drafts and being sent Expresspost to USA. I have never had a problem. Usually about a week shipping.

I have never had any one agree to a deal then decide not to sell. I think your biggest problem marvo is your paypal being screwed up, for what ever reason????? If that wasn't you'd have had your money rite away the truck would have been sent. Would any of this have happened? Probaly not so it must be PayPal's fault.

I just bought some stuff from toez71, a great experience as every sale should be once a price is agreed upon, and the deal is done.
 
When I send either a check or money order, regardless of the amount. I send it priority with tracking. That way you have insurance on where it is and when it gets delivered. Plus it gets there faster.
