Hello friends, I was watching Super654 photos and saw these bumpers, and get started to search and find this site, but...
where can I get these Optional parts in north america?? :blush:

How's that MASTERBUILD going?
I returned from Mexico a week ago, and have already virtually rebuilt the 1/16th Revo I have with alloy bits and a roll cage - doesn't remotely go any better, 'though the gearbox MIGHT be tougher with hardened steel gears in ...
AND on my FG MT ...
I've replaced the layshaft, fitted alloy engine mounts, alloy gear carrier, and changed the throttle / brake servo from a dodgy Savox to a Savox 1256TG - it nukes the tubing on the rear brake ... which I've replaced with an alloy one.

The gear carrier's now an alloy one, that didn't fit - had the clutch bell binding, so I had to strategically place washers to space it.
It seemed that the black mount plate threw everything out, and and an anxious hour was spent fishing out washers and replacing them .. all is nice and smooth, as it was with the plastic one, but it looks prettier now!! :clown:
 
Good choice of truck anyway!
I've a Raminator - only 'standard' parts are the body, wheels and the receiver antenna!!
The rest is Dynamite or Losi LST2 spec, and I changed the gearbox for the LST2 one - I like being lazy and having reverse. LRP Z.28 Spec3, ... LOADS of goodies.
It's got 2 Airtronics monster torque steering servos - ~850 oz in steering torque, so it's got Associated saver springs on it's steering servo savers. . . .

Sold the EK4, ... get a Traxxas 1/16 Revo brushless - best good-laugh truck straight out of the box :clown: :) :clown:
I've just doubled it's cost for nothing really, as it won't go any faster, but just .. because I can - roll cage, arms, hubs, Ti ball ends, Ti hinge pins, hop up Traxxas shocks ... could probably make one out of the bits!! :blush:

Tried to get the FG MT going after all of the rebuild, and 2 months' away - wasn't having it. Engine is / was great so don't suspect that.
I've used the DDM offer and got a spare coil - it's very cheap there, just in case. Changed the plug. No joy.
I'll have a go tomorrow. Don't like this, but with early nights and a DDM high end Dominator, don't think the neighbours would approve !!

Nevermind, that's where I got the money to justify the FG MT purchase, so can't complain!!
(Even if I've spent more than that again in 'upgrades')
Quite an amazing looking truck - half of it is the wheelie bar!
That's also with a rearward bias. Methinks this is a truck that doesn't know corners? !!

ha ha it never went round corners and with the 70 heli engine got just a

few mins running :clown:time...got my LST back together today with a pair

of alloy diff cases
 
Great to hear the LST's back on the road - great truck, can't say that enough, BUT . . . . and mine's as good as they get . . . .
I don't use it much any more - always either 1/16 Revo or 1/6 FG MT, normally the FG :cool2::2guns::cool2:

Someone could tell me how to carbure this baby, would be great to make some wheelies...
