What's the proper way to remove this worn out clutch? I tried to turn the two bolts there, but unsuccessful. I even heated up the bolts with a torch, still not moving. The hard part is that when I try to turn the bolt, the cluch turns.

How did you do it?

The stock zenoah clutch shoes are fine. Just get the shoes and the hpi spring, there is no need to pay the markup for hpi to put their package on the cy clutch shoes.

As far as the vented clutch bell, stick with the stock, the vented ones are for on-roads, for off-roads, the vents will let dirt in the clutch and will damage the bell or wear it out faster.

After installing the new cluch and clutch bell in place, there's about 8mm of play of the bell on the shaft. If I pull the shaft with bell all the way out, the bell turns freely. If I push it in, the bell is touching lightly against the clutch. I think the right way is to pull it out so the bell turns freely until the clutch is expanded. Am I correct on this? Thank you!
