The FG after market is pretty small because they are pretty damn good right off the bat. They don't need much to make them really strong. The FG platform is incredibly old and why change something that works really well.

As for the clone I'm not too sure. I haven't seen anyone bite the bullet yet and buy one of those things. I know on DDM they have the RTR 4WD FGs for like 1350$ USD.
