Everybody says that, but they weren't trying to be fair, they were trying to show the abillities of the 4x4, it has nothing to do with fair.They were proving a point. They are also rubbing FGs nose in the fact they don't have 4x4. Still nothing to do with fair.

Mine is 26 1/2lbs without the alloy the 4x4 would add.

FG deserves it till they get thre 4x4 out! Can't believe it's taking so long for crying out load SMT's getting theres out before FG. I want my 4x4!
 
well i guess i will have to go and by a fg and convert if to 4x4 ,them take video of it getting its ass ripped of by the mcd.you can do what you want the mcd will probley win most times power to weight ratio ,larger tires with more traction .its just that simple.if someone have a fg 4x4 i volenteer my mcd for a pull.
 
I'm on the fence with that 4x4 coversion, i think its a good rig, but not sure i would buy one after seen some of the issues.

According to the info coming from the recent Nuremberg toy show, 4WD will be coming from the FG factory this year. Tough to call from the few pictures so far, but they do have a nice cab-forward look about them.
 
Hey Beast30.5, I just noticed your in LA and only 1.5 hours away....Do they have a track for these big boys in Lake Charles?
 
Yeah I tried this myself and it was no contest... Just great entertainment. My buddy wanted to have a contest with his FG MT vs my MCD RR. The butt whooping was much worse than the video from Troy at LS. We laugh about this every time I see him.
