FG with Mclaren body

Alright guys here is the car with the body.. Sorry for the long delay, but i like to have everything perfect before i post pictures.



First, the air filter pictures. (I did cut some extra holes in it to breathe better)





And of course the car












This is from the inside of the shell. I used aluminum tape so the air filter doesn't rub off the paint. It works well. I also used it on the side were there is the exhaust and i noticed the plastic did not get as hot.




What do you guys think?

Thanks guys. I will try and get some video this weekend for you. My picture taking abilities and video really suck though.

Killermolly, the car did come with a wing and i painted it, but when i placed it on the car i didn't like the look it gave it, so i put is on the side for now.

What do yo guys think of the carbon fiber? I got a roll of the stuff at a local auto parts store. i think it looks pretty trick personally.

I tried to fnd heat tape at the auto shop last outing. Have to try another couple shops now. Looking good Chris, I just love that body

Thanks Barry,
It's actually the same tape as you use on A/C ducts. It's the "true" duct tape. I works with cold or heat. The aluminum just deflects the heat but won't absorb or eliminate it.
