FHMT Upper Rear Arm Question

What is with the set screw in the upper rear arm? I screwed it in a bit on both sides of the rear arms and now my dogbones no longer rub the lower arms! Is this for something else or is it for the purpose of raising the arms?

Its a bump stop.

That's excellent, the lower arms no longer "droop" down too far.
