Today was my second run at it, the first time I rushed into it , and I had nothing but problems, my motor blew, I burned a fuelline and had nothing but problems. This second time I took my time installing the motor, check over everything many times and made sure everything was the way it should be. I was breaking in my motor and it was nice and relaxing and being able to enjoy the hobby. Now the only thing that sucks is finding some where fun to play. I thought there where all these playhes before I bought it, but now am only running on the ball diamond for now.:(

don't feel bad. i do the same thing everytime i get a new rig. im putting fuel in it before i even sign for the box..lol.. im losen harware or a wheel nut.. then once i get it out of my system i go thru evrything. by the second or third run im really enjoying it. as far as finding good spots to run, its tough. and i live out in the country were there is ample space, but i find i pick bad spots with secret landmines or too much clutter wich resoults in breaking something. im getting better at picking safe spots. i like the rock quarry and both home depot and lowes have nice property in the back. also construction sites are good. keep your eyes open, youll find a good spot. or you can cheat and go to earth.com.. you can zone into your area via satilite and find spots you normally wouldnt see from the road

As for tires, not sure what would fit. I think they use a tire similar to the HPI Baja right?

Between the 23cc and the 27cc you will see a difference. What motor is on it? CY, Zen? How many bolts are in the top end (Head)? I think they came with a CY knock off, if so the 27cc should fit.
