Included radio tray, side guards, new diff gear skid, used brake & throttle shaft (not pictured). Steering still hooked up. No electronics.

wow chris, that's some house cleaning. basically for $90 a person gets a rolling chassis setup with all 3 adds (plus shipping of course). be great for spares for someone or even a project
 
I make more parting it out unfortunately. More work, but oh well! :)

Like you say, someone could easily get almost a whole thing put together rather cheap if they have some of their own spares to throw in even.
