Hi people,

Who knows if these Duratrax FireHammer/MT parts fit the Shengqi Hummer?

- Duratrax Hinge Pin Set Front FireHammer/MT DTXC7994
- Duratrax Spur Gear Mount FireHammer/MT DTXC9317
- Duratrax Spur Gear FireHammer DTXC9394
- Duratrax Pinion Gear 14T FireHammer MT DTXC8891
- Duratrax Air Filter Complete FireHammer DTXC4019
- Duratrax Arm Set Front Upper FireHammer MT DTXC9534
- Duratrax Arm Set Front Lower FireHammer MT DTXC9518

and do most Duratrax FireHammer/MT parts fit the Shengqi?

Should I change the pinion and spur gear from plastic to steel?

I gather from what I have read the standard pinion gear is 14T and the spur is 48T. Please correct me if I'm wrong. What will happen if I change the pinion to higher number of teeth? and if I did this would I have to change the spur gear to?

I know that's a lot to ask but if you can answer a few of the questions that would be great.

All those parts will work.....As to the layshaft pinion...14 is standard...you can use a 16

PS....on the clutch bell pinion use 19 tooth gear....steel..leave the 48 gear plastic for now.......
you need a weak link in drive train..as not to ruin stuff....Large scale alloy should have the 19 tooth pinion

nice. hummer body would look nice on the mt. i just hear scine the corners are tight on the body they crack easy
