4th time driving my mcd road car with new max4 and it turned into an after burner for about 10 seconds esc, battery and motor were still cool as i had just started driving it . took out one of my brand new chnl 9500s. im seeing quite a few of these in my losi dbxle owners group that also went up in flames. anyone hear about a firmware update or anything ? sucker was not cheap. also ruined a 200 dollar body and 130.00 battery. im filling out the warranty stuff now. fingers crossed they take care of it.

Sorry buddy. All I have is castle stuff in that amp rating. I can tell you for the max 4 it’s not normal though. It’s more if a castle thing. Lol. The catching fire part.

I didn't think so either but I saw one burned up in a raminator on this forum and at least 5 now in or dbxl group. I think there will prob be some changes if it continues
