If your servos can handle it, jump.uo to a small lipo. Ddm sells them. @evssv, mike has a gensacearespammers that fits I think.

thk the lipo was only 27quid here in uk ? so way cheaper then the ddm one?

The Killer RC "superbee" is the most reliable ?

I use switchbldes?...less hassel then most others ?..run 3x here atm..?.and 1x shity dynamite ?

Hello. I'm new to the forum. A friend just gave this to me a few days ago as he was getting out of the hobby. I'm not familiar with the 5ive T's. I brought it home, cleaned it and put it back together. I need to replace the drive shaft boots, shock boots and I'll probably replace the wheel bearings. I'm going to get a carb kit for it also but some sights say they are discontinued. Is this the V1 or 1.5? I believe it has been sitting for a while. Anything else I should know?

My source for parts is Dave's Discount Motors, known as DDM.
I have a 5t and upgraded almost everything though the years.
For a few dollars most it is easier to buy a new carburetor than a kit.
Get a tuned pipe, you will be much happier then the box you are running.
The number one thing is to get a KILL SWITCH.
