So I picked up the first few mods for the Baja. I focused mostly reliability / protection stuff first to protect my investment. I still have a few more bits to go before I'm done with step in the mod process. All my stuff is here last minute, so I get to run it this weekend after all, hell yeah!!

Larger longer lasting RX pack

Remote kill switch / fail safe + remote LED monitor bulb, suspension tuning bits, X port for the exhaust, extensions to keep the unburnt oil off the car, and some new covers for the radio box

NICE!! Let me kow how you think the tires work out. I'm not sure if I want the hard or medium newt time i need rears. Let me know what you think on different terrain. Nice lot of goods.

Thanks BTB. I got to run it some yesterday on a grass field, and on some dried sediment runoff in the flood plain. So far, they're awesome, ran a full tank out. I did however traction roll it first thing, since I was so used to the stockers. Hope to get it in some full on dirt before long, just having trouble finding a spot big enough that no one cares if I destroy it.

Awesome to hear. That sounds about what others say about them. One nice thing will be not popping off the nubs all the time like the stockers.

Yeah, I was truly shocked at how crappy the tires were on a $900 kit, they truly are terrible. Here's a quick little vid of them in action, this is in the flood plain, so it's fairly hard pakcked.
