Front or rear, cable / hyrdo brakes ?
as much info as you can offer will always help us, help you if you know what i mean :D

Do you mean the thread as been de-threaded and now the bolt has nothing to screw into ?
Fill it with an expoy, let it go hard and re drill / tap it.

but pics is always best.

Cars pretty much standard so no cable.hydro brakes just the normal plastic hub. its de-threaded ok so expoy will do the trick ? thanks alot. ill try that tommrow.

Don't use epoxy, it will leak down onto the stub axle and weld itself in the steering knuckle costing you twice as much money to fix!

Fix it by replacing the damaged part with the correct one or you can install a larger diameter screw. I personally would replace the part.

You just spent a ton of money on a new MT, don't cheap out and start gluing poop together!

Here is a link to a PDF file with an exploded parts list with part numbers.

Here is a link to buy the parts...

i would buy a new hub but i aint got a clue where to buy spares, parts, upgrades for 5thscales do you know anywhere im from the uk

HobbyThek in Germany? Rossendale hobbies in the UK? Freeprawn hobbies in the UK?

I am in the States, so i don't know for sure of any dealers, but I know others will.

Is that the screw that stripped out? I had it strip out on mine about a week after I got it and i just stuffed a 1/4" "Standard" screw in it (the stock screw is an m6) and it's been holding up for 4 years now.

These trucks are built like tanks, as long as you replace the parts with FG parts, they can take one hell of a beating! I have only replaced about 20 bucks (17 Quid) worth of parts!
