Fitting big rear bumper

Hi I’m upgrading my Baja 5b bit by bit. iv come across I problem trying to fit the rear alloy big bumper it’s the bumper with mud guards on it. Iv tried for a good few hours how to fit it and I can not see how it can possibly fit am I missing an upgrade part I need to make it fit. Has anyone out here ever fitted one if so maybe u could send me some pics of how it fits to Baja or maybe send me a link of a video of how to fit it.. iv googled iv YouTubed but no joy of how to fit it...iv even emailed the seller of how to fit but didn’t even reply to my email.. so if there is anyone out there can help me I would appreciate it many thanks
