Been meaning to throw this up on the forum invade any if you are interested. This Saturday nov. 24th is the first of a four race series. Will try to post the main link to it if I can figure out how on my iPhone. If your interested u can pm me and I will give more details. Should be plenty of cars to have a 4x4 class, a buggy class, an open wheel class and maybe a truck class. Hope to see some of you there. Should be fun.
 
If I lived closer I would be there trust me lol, I want to race so bad. I am hoping this summer I can make it to power jam at lsrc as it isn't to far...
 
Yeah I'm excited myself as there isn't many races around the Houston area. Will have to try and post up some video. Gonna run either the xb or the mt against the Losis as my 5ive is down right now.

It's not too hard to out run them, just don't let one of those 40lb'ers land on ya. :eek:
 
I know that's right. If I could keep my xb running it would smoke some losi tail, but I'm having major issues with the pinion going from belt drive to center diff coming loose. I've red lock righted it and still the grub screw won't hold. Thinking of welding it together for the weekend and then ordering new one after the races.
 
Man if i didn't have family in town for T day I woukld make the Road trip from Dallas and Take My XT down there my uncle lives in Conroe. I just have mine in 2wd drive right now but will be fixing it to 4wd again soon
 
There's three more races in this series. 2 in February and 1 in march. U should come down for the next one.
 
I'm in Lufkin. Half way between Houston and Dallas. If you all ever have a race in Dallas let me know and I'll try to make it up.
 
Do they have any info online for the race in Feb and march, will do a google search and see what comes up. Then party at my Hotel in Woodlands after race

are you guys still running in Lufkin consistantly ?

i wont be able to make the 1st race in Conroe, family will be in for the holiday, ... its Killing me amigo !!!

i am planning on making the Pack-a-dena, lol, race and the other 2.

now that i have the XB i will run 2 classes, the baja is all dialed in...

i am little unhappy with the no wing deal because i have been working on, and finishing up a trick sprint car body with wings for the last month.

it is gonna look killer and man it would literally fly WOT through the corners.

it would be a show stopper for sure, and tie nicely into the 600cc sprinters at the show.

here are a couple of pics

the top wing is done, i still need to trim, fit, and paint the body up to match.

He'll yeah. That looks sweet! I'm gonna say no one will care if you run that body. . I have an edm body for my xb and feel like I could stomp some losi butt with it this weekend but I just figured out today I need a stupid part for it I don't have. The little square drive coupler between the shafts going to center diff is rounded out on the inside. Really thinking about welding that puppy together and seeing if it will work. We are still running a couple Saturdays a month. Have an oval, a tri oval, and an off road course now with lights on the ovals. You should come up some Saturday and race with us.

This is a buddy of mines Baja with a little outlaw wing he made. Wish the dude from Washington still made those roll cages for the sprint outlaws.
