Flipped Losi and broke spark plug .

I made the biggest mistake of running my Losi 5t with out the body . Ended up flipping it . As a result of this the spark plug broke and the motor seized up . After a couple of days with a drop of two stroke oil on the piston . It started to turn . I put a new spark plug in and tried to start it . It wouldn’t start . Now the motor is flooded . I decided to open it and found that the piston is damaged on the edge and the side . I wanted to know . If I replace the piston and the top end , will this resolve my issues with the motor .

More importantly. What’s cylinder look like?

I’d say pick up an esp 34 kit.

Scrap it. You’ll need to Splitting the case. There is possibly debris from the ceramic that it tried to eat.

strip the whole engine fella, flush the bottom end out to make sure ya get rid of whatever has been bouncing off the piston,
get a top end kit and away ya go

I do see one thing missing in all of this, where's the residual oil that should be all over the place? What ratio are you running?
