Trucked flipped and landed on the left wheel (standing behind it) and now won't move without force. The small pinion gear outside looks like it can spin but the big one is locked up. Any idea what it can possibly be b4 i start to take her apart? Thanks.

Has anything bent or broken?
Are all of the screws tight?
Are there any stones lodged between the diff and the chassis?

If there's nothing obvious, you're probably best dismantling the rear end - I'm sure you'll find the problem. Hope it's not too serious.

Is the engine on plastic or alloy mounts? Has the engine moved?
Al.

as Alan says.......sounds like the engine may have moved and locked up

on the diff gear.......only loosen the engine slightly and put back lash into the

drive train ......if your only on plastic engine mounts, then a good upgrade

would be to change them for alloy mounts:rolleyes:

K....

Check your dogbones into your rear wheel hubs on both rear wheels, the pin in one of mine once slipped part the way out into the drive cup causing everything to lock up. a new dogbone was required, got one on fleabay for less than £10, and only had to take a wheel off and unscrew an upper arm!! ;-)

I finally took her apart yesterday to see what was sticking. Come to find out that somehow one of the brake pads got hot and glued itself to the gear carrier plate. Took a small screwdriver and carefully pried it off and now it's running fine. So thanks to everyone for their help.
