Take off the spark plug and turn the truck over. Pull the starter a few times and clear out the gas.
Some people can get them started by pulling the trigger for full throttle and starting it that way. But hold onto the truck or you will have a run-away.

remove plug, remove air filter. allow to sit for ...add fan, maybe some warm heat. (fuel has to evaporate so the plug is not splashed wet) roughly 20min , reassemble. use normal start process choke and all.... until POP... roughly 3-5pulls, if not STOP!
if fuel is dripping from pipe end, could be a while, be patient.
plug should be dry when placed back into head.
in a general note ...the moment you smell fuel when trying to start--->STOP ! its already soaked , STOP pulling. you will destroy the pull start if you continue...leave alone as
described above.
