I think he coated with some kind of silicone. It's the only word I understood.

I have 4 of these and one is in a Gas Boat. And im pretty sure they all come this way. LOL He shows u one thats not opened and then he has to pull the stock sticker to open it !!!!

This is steal at $7 per RX and The Radio Is only $35 with one Receiver. I will run 10 cars or boats !! So its worth every penny IMO My MT went so far today I could not see it! I had to walk a long ways to get it in sight !! NO BS!! I could still hear it tho!! LOL

I have 2 of them now and 5 recievers very happy thus far.
