Any input on why this is happening? I have yanked it off and re-installed and it it still doing this...Thanks Guys!!

I have a few ideas:

Crankcase is warped(overheat?)

Flywheel hole is wallowed, perhaps due to over torqueing and/or an overheat.

It's a taper type fit, so one or many removals while over torqueing could cause the flywheel hole to grow larger

Do you have another flywheel you can test fit?

That would be the easiest way to determine the problem

I bet I over torqued it. I forgot to put my woodruff key in. I'll just buy a new flywheel....I know the crankcase isn't warped...

I agree.... :D I didn't even notice the key was missing until I saw it on the floor.....Lessoned learned to check twice!!!

Be thankful there isnt any valves to bend ;)

but you sure would have noticed the timing being off!

BTW... when you look at flywheels, you may look into keystones that will actually change your timing a few degrees.
