the 2nd blackout MT i brought came with this, its even got a slider to cover the charging port

(guessin it was a 2nd batch blackout as my 1st one didnt come with it)

Yep ! Originaly ,this type of recharge plug is for plane ,and for the batterie voltage i take it from hobby king and make a little mod to fit like that ..

Has any one else tried this I looked out there and looks like Ernst makes 4 different charge ports and I am not sure which one is correct for our application, any input?

I'm going to pick up a few of those. Some shoe goo will hold it to the side of the battery box. This will help with the lack of space issue.

Everybody gripes about the battery box on these, Redcats have huge radio boxes. Ever seen an FG radio box! lol, now those are small!







That's a Spektrum receiver, a y-harness for the dual steering servos and all the servo wires crammed in that little box!

That is small. The X series box is nice. The dual servo MTs box is much smaller.

There is no spaghetti in there, that is beautiful wiring! My wiring is always very neat and straight.
