I noticed the site has went through an update, part # 50007 informs us to make sure the pic matches what we have. I know it say no stock, but with this new description does this mean we can possibly still get this part for our first version Redcat Rampage MT/TT's?

I had the same question a week or so ago. Redcat emailed me back and said they should have some back in Stock in around 3 weeks. I know that the Nitro RC Shop had some in stock and they are who I ordered mine from plus an extra!

You can mod V3 to fit in the V1 and V2 chassis. The only difference between Part 50007 and 50007N is the bottom of the GearBox. V3 has 3 round nubs on the bottom of the GearBox to fit the new chassis. As you know V1 and V2 has the square type bottom. Everything else swaps over. Rob suggested also doing this mod for more strength (link below) regardless if you have to modify a gearbox or not.

If you can't find some let me know and I can send you the spare I have.

I will verify that today. I am fairly sure once they changed the mold, they can;t go back to version 1. Or maybe they made a new mold?
let me know, I'll have you snag me a few. I know eventually I'll have to buy the new chassis, but not wanting to cut on it to run my same suspension setup for the races. lol

I have a V3, but I've done alot of machining on my V1 so I can use the 5b shock shafts to get alot more suspension travel when I race. I can do the same on my V3 but it will save alot of time if I could just have spare cases..

You don't have to modify your chassis at all, just the gearbox. Doesn't take but a couple minutes.
