Found a simple fix to why my car didn't go as fast

This: make sure the throttle servo is on the edge so it's just touching the metal cylinder like thing on the metal rod. Hard to explain but I found the carburetor to be open more when it's just touching the throttle servo arm itself. Just my 2 cents

That's great how much more did you get?

Yep. That should actually be on the pre-run checklist. The throttle linkage on my MT definitely needed some adjusting when I first got it.

Yea it got a noticeably a lot faster. Take off was faster. Top end was faster.
