I'm going to cut out Brian's chassis tomorrow. This is how it's done.

1. layout the holes on a CMM

2. get a piece of 7075 from onlinemetals

3. build a CAD file

tomorrow, set up machine and cut it out. While I'm making some, who else want's one? Even if you don't want it now, let me know now so I can keep the price down. No need to set-up the machine twice.
