20 yrs to the day since he died. The guy was a legend even if he was a bum hole engineer!! Queen were the best live band in the world at the time and would probably still be up there today :rock-on:

(Sir) Bob Geldoff had all manner of HUGE artists on stage, but the crowd was pretty lame, so I tuned onto something else - bit of footy or something, it was a Saturday I think - and turned back ....
WOW, WHAT A CHANGE !!!
Queen were on, and EVERYONE was clapping in unison - fantastic change.
That was Freddie. PROBABLY the best showman ever - 'though there are a lot of contenders!
