front camber link for xsc xt xb

if u didn't use the stock front upper a arm,, and used a new front shock tower with camber link holes like the rear,, would the losi 5t front camber link work?? than would be set up like the Baja and Losi,,, les parts, more reliable,, read lots of complaints about the plastic arm grommets wearing out,,, getting sloppy,,,
