Front cvd question for the xbe .

Can someone check their xbe and see if the axles just barely get in the diff cup.


All my other rcs go about 1/2 way in . These ones just get past the entrance of the cup .

Mine go in about 1/2 way.

They come in 133mm and 135mm.

I'm not sure why they started making the shorter versions.

I rebuilt a cvd just now with a MT axle and it fits like it should . what gives ?

I checked both. The CVDs as well as the rear dogbones both go into the cup about 1/2 way.

Is this with the suspension at full droop? Or on the tires?

Mine sit half way in the cups at full droop.

At full droop mine moves 1mm .

That sounds about right, but they should not be close to the out side of the cup.
