I currently have my ATV set on my Spektrum to 50% for L/R; anything more and the CVTs begin to bind inside the cups. They will still bind a little on a hard corner as the wheels are being pushed/pulled to the extreme. I can see the front tires chattering or hopping depending on how fast the car is turning. Is there a mechanical way to limit how far the wheels turn?

Better check the pins and set screws first.

I had the clip/nut from the steering/c-hub mount rubbing on the cv joint.

It wore away quite a bit of the cv cup.

A shorter servo arm will make the steering less...

Pins and set screws checked out OK. I'll look into shortening the servo horn; I'll move the ball down a hole and see what happens.

Look at the ball end of the cv joint .. you may need to take some sand paper to the ball due to a tight fit inside the hub
