Front Disk Brakes - firehammer,xtm,etc.

Anyone ever tried these? Know of anyone else that carries these? I haven't read good things about oversizerc.com.

I believe in the Hydraulic brakes. Thy are moor expensive but once set up thy are maintenance free.

Hobbypeople used to sell a set last year for that price that was for the Grizzly, they no longer have them on their site.

Kind of worth the risk for 60 bucks.

I bought the set from Hobby People and they work as long as you have a strong enough servo. I tried several and the one that finally did the job was the JR DS8711, it as 403oz of torque.

That is a good price, but you may have to wait MONTHS to receive your stock....if it ever shows at all!

You obviously HAVE NOT read all threads on the horror stories of people trying to buy from OVERSIZERC and AUCTIONCITYAUSTRALIA. :no::no:

If YOU choose to spend your hard earned on buying from this guy and either being prepared to wait months...and months...or possible NEVER receiving them...it is up to you!

I like to let people know their options. I would rather spend an extra $55-60 for a quality FG product that you are guaranteed to get, rather than losing my $60. I also know for a fact that www.danielspitstop.com.au will be A LOT cheaper on delivery.

It is up to you guys.

fgsupply.com sells the same set-up for $60.00 as well. its not on there web-site, but if you call them, they have them in stock. just bought a set over the weekend for my other on-road. its listed under the "hobby-pro".. its the same ecxact set-up.. to the "t"..

Plus something coasts 130 + every were else cant be hade for les than ½ the price with the same quality, not even ½ the quality. Corners must have been cut everywhere to make it this cheap.

But make other people would like to install brakes on there RC Units as well..
