This keeps happening. The bottom 6mm bolt of the front hub carrier keeps loosening and falling out. I have used loctite and it still happens. If i tighten too much them wheels can't turn. Any solutions here. I though about a lock nut but undone think it will fit.

just replace the hub carrier and just run the bolt into it don't use a tape that way the bolt is tight in the carrier. loctite don't work with metal to plastic.

If memory serves, crash had the same problem. Might want to ask him
Nope I didn't... also I have plastic...

I suggested teflon tape to take up slack/ wear on the threads...

Red loctite. Put some in the threads of the carrier put it together were it still moves free and let it setup overnight. And later if you need to change a part you'll still be able to take it apart.

Whenever I have a bolt that keeps slipping off, I use half a drop of crazy glue and it always works for me and I have no problems getting the bolt off if I need to.

if it binds when you tighten it, then there is something wrong you need to fix. you should be able to tighten it down with loktite and not have it bind or fall out. see what is wrong and fix that first, then bolt it up tight.

well i used the teflon tape and 1/2 drop of CA. seems not to be coming loose when I turn wheels. Have not ran outside yet. will post results after I run.

I had the same problem with the alloy knuckles. Just use a good amount of locktite but DO NOT tighten the bolt all the way down. There needs to be some play between the bolt head and the hub. This way when the knuckle turns the head doesn't grab the aluminum and work its way loose.

If this don't work! try to clean the treads of bolt and hub with elec contact cleaner or brake cleaner and reloctite with blue loctite if the threads are dirty the loctite wont set up

Update. Ok after using teflon tape and drop of CA on end of bolts, I ran the beast for about 40 min in piles of snow and the bolts did not budge. Seems to be fixed. Thanks for the help everyone.
