Well since owning my Baja I have always tried to use and find Hpi Front Foams for my rims/tires when replacing them.. It wasnt easy but I managed to get my hands on it most of the time..
Well the other night I was mouting up some new Hostile's Mx's to a new set of Front/Rear Rims and a friend of mine had a set of 40 Series Proline Foams well much to my suprise they seem and appear to have less give then the stock Hpi foams. So he cut them down to fit the stock rim. If you have some 40 series foams laying around use them!! You can get 3-4 sets of Front/Rear Rims and tires put together using them!!
I am sure someone or you guys have tried this but I myself have never seen it posted nor have I ever thought about trying it either.. Will let you guys know how they hold up to some bashing in time 8).
