fs twin servo questions

hi guys long time reader first time poster fro m aus, i have a fs mt and iam wondering if any one has ran the hitec 5745MG servos in theirs.i was considering the twin servo mod as the tray can hold two.
Does anyone have pics or info on this setup or should i just get rid of the stock servo and get one good one,i have read on here that running two can be a pain,i am only running am futaba radio gear so would the hitec servos work with that,any info or help would be much appreciated thanks

i don't have an fs but twin servos are good ive found for sharing the load, i have twins on my fg mt there are guys in aussie with twin fs sefvo and red cat rampages running twins, as long as you have then steering rods set up corect so the servos don't fight each other its cool

The dual servo set up is the best way to go when order these cars in for my customers its one of the first things i do for them here's a picture for you to see how its done hope that helps ye

thanks for the replys guys so sickboy do the hitecs have plenty of strength to turn the wheels at a stand still? and do you no if they will work with am reciever thanks

Hitec dual servos

I just installed the Hitec dual servos on my FS truck. It makes a world of difference. You need to get a new tray from largescalerc.com. I upgraded mine to the silver aluminum - they have a cool red one also. I wanted the strengh of the aluminum. If you are trying to save a few dollars, use the plastic version, I think if is under $20. The aluminum tray will not line up exactly with the top support but most of the screws fit and it is strong. Go with the dual servos - its is awesome steering.
