Theres no reason one of our engines cant run nitro. Its typically 10% oil, 20% nitro, and 70%methonal. I would think on the smaller cc engines there would need to be minimal modifications to run it. But tbh I doubt the compression of a stock engine would reap full benefits of the mix.
And btw castor separates out a such a low temp, its typically not a major worry in rc use.

Forgive my ignorance, complete noob to the hobby, I got my first 1/5 scale Exceed Hannibal, I bought the nitro fuel from my local hobby store, however I’m seeing that this gas rc requires actual gas and 2 stroke oil 25/1 ? Help I’m lost and don’t want to screw up too soon.

Is there maintenance that needs to be done?
again I apologize for my ignorance but I’m trying to learn as fast as possible.
New update I dumped all nitro gas, ran a bit of sea foam with 2 stroke oil then put in my proper 25/1 mixture with 91premium gas ⛽️ working great and even better than before

Yep gas and nitro are 2 different fuel types. Our engines were ment to run gasoline not an alcohol based fuel...not to mention alcohol engines run very angry :ROFLMAO:
