Fuel tank filter

is this fuel filter oem it's out of a 5b...i haven't seen this type before it has a clear coating around the filter element and has a removable hex key.

Never seen an oem fikter like that. Usually it's the std walbro felt clunk. Those fittings arnt original either, the fuel line just pokes through the grommet.

They are just a stone type filter clunk, fairly common as the felt clunk. I prefer the felt ones as I think they filter better, but just my opinion

i've seen em before, pretty sure i still have one chucked in a box somewhere as well, no idea what they were originally off though,

Losi 5ive-t also comes with a stone clunk. Run the winged clunk.

Thanks John i didn't know they existed as i only have spare felt type filters.
Thanks every one for they're feedback i have a few spare felt type as well i will try both when i eventually get the 5b started.
