Fuel vent spitting

I put the snappy grommet on my mt and it spits fuel out idk why. The only thing I can think is that the Line for the vent slid down. I know I installed right cuz I did the same to my xt And no problems. I was so pumped to run this beast today but this is bugging me idk if I should just try Pulling vent line up without removing tank. Help me guys!!!

Try pulling the vent line up a bit.

It will only spit fuel if the fuel can touch the vent line. Just make sure the vent tube is just in the the grommet and doesn't hang in the fuel. The vent works both ways. Allows air in as fuel is being consumed and lets air out as the tank warms up the fuel expands and pushes air out.
