Well then boys and girls we are in the last week before our free track day so its time to let you know all the information you need to find us and what will be happening the Saturday and Sunday
HOW TO FIND US
From the centre of Pickering (the big round about) head for Kirkbymoorside, about 1/4 of a mile out of Pickering centre there is an s bend with a pond on your left hand side, turn left just past the pond heading for Riseborough and Marton, follow the road for about 1.5 - 2 miles. You will go up a hill at the top of this hill there is a sharp left bend (ITS SHARP!!) that goes over a bridge, as soon as you go over the bridge bear left heading for Riseborough. Follow the road for about half a mile past Riseborough hall, as you get half way down the hill you will see 2 bungalows on your left and a house a little further down on your right. as you get to this house turn left into the farm where you will find a sign saying track, go through the farm yard and through the gate keeping on the gravel path at all times till you reach the end of the field where you will see the green/while gazebo (CHECK IN )
When going through the farm please drive slowly as this a working farm with animals and machinery, please also ensure you shut any gates behind you! Thanks

as you get close to the track you will see some very lovely signs that dusty has spent hours on bless him lol so you shouldn’t get lost but should you its his fault not mine lol so look out for these lovely signs
REFRESHMENTS
Tea and coffee will on sale for a great price of £0.30 which can be bought from the blue gazebo (Kirsty) who will also be the one checking you in to sign your life away to race on the track
THE WEEKENDS LAYOUT OF EVENTS
Saturday 10th
10.00 Dusty does sign posting (SO ITS HIS FAULT IF YOU GET LOST LOL)
11.30 Dusty set up reception area (green/white gazebo do da)
12.00 Gates open for campers etc
12.00 Onwards set up track area and admin area (blue gazebo) when Rich turns up.
18.00 To sleepies beer/fire etc and shakedown on the open field
Sunday 11th
10.00 Arrive and check in and buy the raffle tickets (PRIZES DONATED BY MMR ) cheers guys
10.15-10.45 Group photo/safety brief and the day’s events brief.......
10.45-12.00 Time to learn the track
12.15-1.00 Raffle and lunch/repairs lol
13.00-14.00 Novice hour (novice only racing 4 cars per race with marshals to stop cheating)
14.00-15.00 Medium big bores (4 cars per race with marshals to stop cheating)
15.00- You go home or break down it’s a free for all blast round the track and thanks for coming
ALL DAY you can use the drag strip for a bit of 1on 1 racing ......marshalled
So now you know what’s going on at the weekend the only thing left to say is get your cars ready your fuel cans filled and 2 stroke at the ready and let’s go racing
