Just released from Fullforce RC, 7075-T6 AL Front Lower Chassis Brace.
This is something that we've been messing with for a long time. Originally this was supposed to be more of a full front bumper/chassis support made from 6AL4V Titanium. We had a small sheet here to use for samples but when we started pricing out the retail prices it just ended up too rich for my tastes. Back to drawing board it went. A few more revisions and then we took on an existing idea and really tweaked it up and added some class to it. We went with the higher grade 7075-T6 Aluminum (4.0mm thick) which we have worked with in the past for strength. Our brace here is fully machined with our beautiful radius edges then it is CNC press formed for a perfect fit. We added an ultra smooth fine brushed finish to the entire face of the part too. This is the ultimate front brace for the Baja trucks. No more worries about a bent chassis!
