I have one of each in my two Bajas. I like the Dual Antenna idea. From the outside, they are identical. Both have tremendous range.

I paid $99.99/USD from Tower Hobbies. I did see ebay from HongKong for $85/USD. This is for the FS version. The FF version is more like $89/USD.

my understanding is the FS is usable with the futaba modules for the M11 type radios as well as the Futaba Txs, where the FF is only useable with the Futaba TX.

are the failsafes in the tx or rx ?

RX i think. but also think the TX needs to operate accordingly with the Failsafe. but not sure.

in PPM mode the failsafe only effects the t/b servo no other channel.
in HRS i believe each channel can be individualy setup for failsafe setting.

but im not 100% on that.

The TX programs the RX. In PPM mode, you have to re-teach every time you turn it on... in HRS mode, it sticks.
