gas cap leaking

what can i do to stop this..its leaking out the top of the pin hole and leaking down thur the lid where it screw down on the tank..can someone help me or tell me what i can do

Since it's leaking, you should do this mod to pressurize the tank. This will also keep the hole from becoming clogged:

Additionally, do you have the dome looking rubber/plastic piece that goes on the inside of the cap installed?

yes i have the damper/dome thing..still leaking.thanks for the help
