Gas line

Ok so I bought a used red cat mt pro. It has been sitting a while I’ve got it cleaned up after going over it. And I’m having trouble with the fuel lines. I believe the two lines from the carb go to the center plug in the gas tank. Also there is a third line coming from the gas cap. I’m not sure where it goes. Is the system pressurized by the exhaust like a nitro set up? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a vent for the tank.
Secure it somewhere higher than the tank

Thanks. Now I just need to find the air leak in the flue system and I think it’s good.
