Gas mixture

I know in the beginning your suppose to do a 25:1 mixture. Does that stay the same or do I change after a couple of tanks? Also what if I went with synthetic 2 stroke oil, any idea on what that mix would be?

as long as your using nonsynthetic 2 stroke oil stay with 25 to 1 mixture

I run 5oz to a gallon. Some will run 32:1 after break-in. I have never found any performance gain running less oil.

The synthetic oils produce less smoke which is nice.
