I know there is an older thread regarding this but I don't know if anyone actually showed the results of dying the stock Redcat gear cover with dye. Please confirm....

I used the dye you can get from CVS to dye my white wheel I boil the water


mix the dye in the hot water then I put the item in the mixture for a hour or

Hmm, I didn't know CVS carried it. I'll have to pick up some and check it out. I hate driving all the way to Walmart to pick up RIT Dye.
 
I went to two CVS stores today and neither had RIT dye so I go some at the Safeway...wish me luck(that I don't make a mess and get put in the dog house)
